• Are your shows suitable for young children?

  All of our shows are always family friendly and appropriate for audience members of all ages.

• How long are your shows?

  Our shows can range anywhere from 1-2 hours in length with one 15 minute intermission. For your children's benefit, we advise you to please consider if your child would have fun watching a performance of this length while sitting quietly.

   

• Will I be seated if I arrive late to my scheduled performance?

  Because our shows implement the use of actors in the aisles, late arrivals are not guaranteed to be seated until intermission or in seats other than those originally requested. We recommend planning to arrive anywhere from 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled show time.

   

• Can I take pictures or videos?

  Due to all of our shows being under copyright laws, any photography, video recording, or audio recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited.

   

• Will there be a curtain call?

  At The Message Theatre, there is no curtain call, and in select performances there is no list of actor’s names in our playbill. The reason we do this that the production you see is inspired from a real story that happened to real people many years ago. With that, we want our audience and cast members to witness our stories just like they happened long ago.

   

• Is there food available for purchase at the theater?

  You are not permitted to bring food/drink with you into the theatre.

   

• Do you provide hearing amplification services?

  Hearing amplification devices are not provided at this time.

   

• Do you have an orchestra during your performances?

  The music that you hear during one of our performances is a soundtrack recording recorded by a professional orchestra early on in the show design process. The singing and speaking parts of our shows however are always performed live.
